Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your MAKEUP BY MARIO products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of gently used items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be returned in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your gently used products in the original shipping box or any sturdy packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
